Charles Francis Kennewick Art Fair

Join us for the Charles Francis Kennewick Art Fair, held on the first Saturday of each month from April through November!

Our goal is to create a vibrant, diverse event that supports local artists and introduces them to the community. This is a great opportunity to showcase your work, connect with other artists, and sell your artwork.

How It Works

  • Artists must apply to reserve a 6-foot table under our fair tents.
  • Spaces are first come, first served and curated to ensure a variety of art forms.
  • If you are not selected for a particular month, we will do our best to get you into the next fair.
  • Application deadline: The last day of the month before each fair.

Charles Francis Kennewick Art Fair – Rules & Regulations

By participating in the Charles Francis Kennewick Art Fair, all artists agree to the following terms:
  • Artist Responsibility – Each artist is fully responsible for their own setup, display, sales, and customer interactions. Artists must handle their own transactions, including payments and any applicable taxes.
  • Liability & Loss – Charles Francis Studio and event organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged artwork, display items, or personal belongings. Artists should take necessary precautions to protect their work.
  • No Guarantees on Sales or Attendance – We do not make any claims or guarantees regarding foot traffic, sales, or artist success. While we are committed to fostering a vibrant and welcoming event, sales and engagement depend on a variety of factors beyond our control.
  • Setup & Breakdown – Artists must arrive by 9:00 AM (preferably one hour or more before the fair starts) to set up their table and display. Each artist is expected to keep their space clean and respect the shared environment.
  • Public & Family-Friendly Event – The fair is a public, family-friendly event. Artwork should be appropriate for all ages, and artists are expected to ensure that their displayed work adheres to community standards. The event organizers reserve the right to request the removal of any artwork deemed inappropriate.
  • Conduct & Compliance – All artists must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, fellow vendors, and event staff. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
  • Reservations & Payments – Submitting an application does not guarantee a space at the fair. Table availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis as well as a curation process to ensure a diverse and balanced selection of artwork. Reservations are only confirmed once payment has been received.
  • By submitting the sign-up form and participating in the event, artists acknowledge and agree to these terms.
